Model TG-NP03 Multi-cube digital swelling meter is a set of precision instruments which is mainly used to detect the shale expansion changes in a certain temperature range (normal temperature to 93 ℃) and normal pressure.
The electric heating magnetic stirrer is used for heating and stirring samples; German NOVO displacement sensor is used to measure the expansion of the sample in the vertical direction. Multiple measuring probes can be used at the same time, or a single probe can be used. Up to four measuring probes can be allowed to analyze at the same time. The data are processed by professional computer software, which can detect, record and reflect the actual experimental results. The data detection accuracy is improved and the performance is more stable, the measurement range is enlarged and there is no drift. It can be widely used in evaluation of anti swelling agent for oil production, geology, soil science and other fields. The instrument has reasonable design, high degree of automation and stable performance.
