NON-EMULSIFIER

NE-AS-302N is a blend of nonionic and anionic surface active agents for use as a non-emulsifier in acid or water-based stimulation treatments. It is compatible with all acid corrosion inhibitors in a variety of hydrochloric acid mixtures. Non-emulsifier is specifically designed to treat and/or prevent acid-in-oil or water-in-oil emulsion which commonly occur during well stimulation.

Features

This surfactant is used in all types of well-stimulation treatment. This additive is Soluble well in 15% and 28% hydrochloric acid (HCl), spent HCl, and other water-based fluids. At Concentrations of 0.1 to 3%, it has high performance.

Benefits

It does not degrade in live HCl. Compatibility tests performed with chemically retarded acid have shown that this non-emulsifier does not adversely affect acid reaction times. It does not over-treat when used alone or with mutual solvent. Lab tests indicate that this non-emulsifier water wets both sand and Limestone formations.

Packing

NE-AS-302N is packed in 220 liters. standard polyethylene drum.

Storage conditions

NE-AS-302N should be stored in tightly closed containers indoors and maintained in normal temperature. In these conditions, the product is stable for 2 years from its production date.
