Application

AS-AS-710S is an ANTI-SLUDGING AGENT that prevents the formation of stable emulsion and asphalting sludge deposits when acids like HCl acid solutions come into contact with reservoir crude oil during acidizing treatments. The typical range of concentration is 5 to 30 gallons per thousand gallons of acid solutions (0.5 to 3 Volume percent).

This ANTI-SLUDGING AGENT is an acid-soluble liquid additive designed for use in acid-treating solutions to help eliminate or minimize the formation of acid/oil sludge. While AS-AS-710S has an anionic chemical nature, it is compatible with most other Non-emulsifier additives. In some cases, AS-AS-710S will also act as a Demulsifier. Acid/oil sludge tests should be conducted in order to determine the optimum concentration of AS-AS-710S to use.

Improves acid penetration into tight reservoirs. This Anionic surfactant based prevents associated emulsion.

Sludge Removal: Disperses existing acid-induced sludge caused by previous treatments.

Physical Properties and Use

Directly add to the acid solution, the dosage depends on the 0.2 to 3% volume ratio.

Packing

ANTI-SLUDGING AGENT-AS-AS-710S is packed in a 220-lit polyethylene drum.

Storage conditions

ANTI-SLUDGING AGENT-AS-AS-710S should be stored in a place with good ventilation and away from direct exposure to sunshine, for a maximum of 2 years from the date of production.
