Description:
It is a purified high grade low molecular weight Polyanionic Cellulose Polymer. It is a water
based filtration controller.
Application:
It is a combined filtration controller and minimal viscosifier in fresh and salt water based drilling
systems. It is ideal in low solid mud, designed for fast penetration.
Advantages:
- It minimizes mud costs as it is effective at low concentration.
- It is not susceptible to bacterial attack.
- It has a resistance against ions and is effective over a wide Ph range.
- It has an affinity for clay surfaces and will restrict their hydration and dispersion.
