ANTI-SLUDGING AGENT

AS-AS-710S is an anti-sludge agent that prevents the formation of stable emulsion and asphalting sludge deposits when acids like HCl acid solutions come into contact with reservoir crude oil during acidizing treatments. The typical range of concentration is 5 to 30 gallons per thousand gallons of acid solutions (0.5 to 3 Volume percent).
AS-AS-710S is an acid-soluble liquid additive designed for use in acid-treating solutions to help eliminate or minimize the formation of acid/oil sludge. While AS-AS-710S has an anionic chemical nature, it is compatible with most other Non-emulsifier additives. In some cases, AS-AS-710S will also act as a Demulsifier. Acid/oil sludge tests should be conducted in order to determine the optimum concentration of AS-AS-710S to use.
